“In my distress, I cried unto the Lord, and he heard me. Psalms 120:1
My focus is on our Saviour Yeshua (Jesus Christ). As I meditate and pray. I, like this little one, look to the heavenly and know I am in the presence of the Lord.
COVERING PRAYER by Robert
Father in heaven, as a humble servant I place before your throne this petition to break the bonds of error from the minds, of those in the darkness, shrouding our world. I petition Lord, for the breaking and removal of all blinders from their eyes and minds, too receive and discern your truth. Lift them out of the darkness, so they recognize the awakened light within. In preparation for their journey forward, as Disciples of your Son. Father fill these newborns and awakened children with wisdom and determination, so they might enhance their lights and sharpen their two-edged swords. Bring us spiritual strength that we might go forward as brightly shining stars guiding many through the darkness in your name. All this I pray in the name of Yeshua, Amen and, Amen.
“SOUNDING OF THE TRUMPET”
Know that as this malady continues to hold the world and its followers captive in fear and despair. Yeshua through the Holy Spirit has sent the following for those walking in our Lord’s light. “In my distress, I cried unto the Lord, and he heard me. Psalms 120:1 His reply through the Holy Spirit is, Taken from Psalms 91:
He that by faith chooses God for his protector, shall find all in him that he needs or can desire. And those who have found the comfort of making the Lord their refuge, cannot but desire that others may do so.
The spiritual life is protected by Divine grace from the temptations of Satan, which are as the snares of the fowler, and from the contagion of sin, which is a noisome pestilence.
Great security is promised to believers in the midst of danger. Wisdom shall keep them from being afraid without cause, and faith shall keep them from being unduly afraid. Whatever is done, our heavenly Father’s will is done; and we have no reason to fear. God’s people shall see, not only God’s promises fulfilled, but his threats. Then let sinners come unto the Lord upon his mercy-seat, through the Redeemer’s name; and encourage others to trust in him also.
Whatever happens, nothing shall hurt the believer; though trouble and affliction befall, it shall come, not for his hurt, but for good, though for the present it is not joyous but grievous.
Those who rightly know God will set their love upon him. They by prayer constantly call upon him. His promise is, that he will in due time deliver the believer out of trouble, and in the meantime be with him in trouble.
The Lord will manage all his worldly concerns, and preserve his life on earth, so long as it shall be good for him. For encouragement in this, he looks unto Jesus. He shall live long enough; till he has done the work he was sent into this world for and is ready for heaven.
Who would wish to live a day longer than God has some work to do, either by him or upon him? A man may die young, yet be satisfied with living. But a wicked man is not satisfied even with long life. At length the believer’s conflict ends; he has done forever with trouble, sin, and temptation.
“Here ends the sounding of the Trumpet”
“For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.” James 3:16 points out what fear brings forward for those trusting in the workings of the world.
Please remember these articles are the work of a humble servant of Yeshua doing HIs bidding as a Watchmen sounding the Trumpet to warn of impending danger or shortfalls within the Assembly. May our Father abundantly bless each one of you with wisdom and discernment to go forward as “Modern Day Disciples.”
Thou will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee, Trust ye in the Lord forever: for in the Lord Yeshua is everlasting strength. (Isaiah 26:3-4)
