“SEEKING THE PROMISED SEED!”

Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field. He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; Matthew 13:36-37 KJV

PRE-AMBLE by Robert

In Genesis 1:26 there is a very important statement I believe possibly many miss, “And God said, Let us make man in our image… When we look at this statement it reveals an important fact, the triune, “Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.”

The second, if I am reading this right, God’s statement relates we were created in “God’s image,(Genesis 1:27) which involved the Triune (Genesis 1:26), where each became a part of our image (Spirit).

What importance does this information play in our search for the promised seed? A realization of what I have always related, the spiritual knowledge of God, when born into this world, is with all. It’s from the time of creation, via the Triune, being involved, when God decided to create man.

OPENING STATEMENT by Robert

To answer the question of what role does the prior information play in our search for the promised seed, a huge role. When it becomes apparent this knowledge is part of the promised seed.

Flesh and spirit, heaven and earth, must be put together in him, and he must be allied to both worlds. And therefore God himself not only undertakes to make him but is pleased so to express himself as if he called a council to consider the making of him: Let us make, man. The three persons of the Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, consult about it and concur in it, because man, when he was made, was to be dedicated and devoted to Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

The following refutes any theory man evolved from a cesspool and walks upright today. In addition, the separation of man from the creatures of the world is explained in this statement. Creatures are not capable of fearing and serving God, therefore God has appointed them to fear and serve man.

Thus the theory man is an animal because he is seen as a mammal is a direct rebuttal of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, because animals are not capable of fearing God nor have the promised seed with them and were placed under the dominion of man.

Man was not made in the likeness of any creature that went before him, but in the likeness of his Creator yet still between God and man, there is an infinite distance.
Christ only is the express image of God’s person, as the Son of his Father, having the same nature. It is only some of God’s honour that is put upon man, who is God’s image only as of the reflection in a mirror, or the king’s impress upon the coin. God’s image upon man consists in these three things:

1.) In his nature and constitution, not those of his body (for God has not a body), but those of his soul. This honour indeed God has put upon the body of man, that the Word was made flesh, the Son of God was clothed with a body like ours and will shortly clothe ours with a glory like that of his. But it is the soul, the great soul, of man, that does especially bear God’s image. The soul is a spirit, an intelligent immortal spirit, an influencing active spirit, herein resembling God, the Father of Spirits, and the soul of the world. The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord. The soul of man, considered in its three noble faculties, understanding, will, and active power, is perhaps the brightest clearest looking-glass in nature, wherein to see God.

2.) In his place and authority: Let us make man in our image, and let him have dominion. As he has the government of the inferior creatures, he is, as it were, God’s representative, or viceroy, upon earth they are not capable of fearing and serving God, therefore God has appointed them to fear and serve man. Yet his government of himself by the freedom of his will has in it more of God’s image than his government of the creatures.

3.) In his purity and moral integrity. God’s image upon man consists in knowledge, righteousness, and true holiness, Ephesians 4:24; Colossians 3:10. He was upright, Ecclesiastes 7:29. He had the habitual conformity of all his natural powers to the whole will of God. His understanding saw divine things clearly and truly, and there were no errors nor mistakes in his knowledge.

His will complied readily and universally with the will of God, without reluctancy or resistance. His affections were all regular, and he had no inordinate appetites or passions. His thoughts were easily brought and fixed to the best subjects, and there was no vanity nor ungovernableness in them.

All the inferior powers were subject to the dictates and directions of the superior, without any mutiny or rebellion. Thus holy, thus happy, were our first parents, in having the image of God upon them. And this honour, put upon man at first, is a good reason why we should not speak ill one of another (James 3:9), nor do ill one to another (Genesis 9:6), and a good reason why we should not debase ourselves to the service of sin, and why we should devote ourselves to God’s service.

CLOSING COMMENTS by Robert

When you study the three points it becomes clear why God told Adam, not to despair because there is a promised seed. As Yeshua sat at the well and explained there is living water with those who receive the Word [Yeshua].

Now knowing who the promised seed and Word (John 1:1) are, and have been with us from the moment of creation: “But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”
Now understanding God’s image upon man consists of knowledge, righteousness, and true holiness, Ephesians 4:24; Colossians 3:10.

We recognize the living water within becomes active and waters that seed, and in turn, through the Word opens the gateway to reconnecting to the Father as He promised.

Once, we connect with God, there is a joy which in the New Born Babe the newfound hope, becomes in many instances an overzealous desire to share with those in the darkness. They have found the promised seed, the gateway to reconnecting with the Father. In doing so the desire as well to return to those gifts afforded to our first parents, Adam and Eve.

Now, through salvation and the teachings, of the Holy Spirit we find a desire to return to what God had given man after creation and before we were disconnected.

The call to daily work out our salvation now becomes even clearer knowing God’s image upon man consists of knowledge, righteousness, and true holiness, Ephesians 4:24; Colossians 3:10. It should be the basis of our journey to the following promises in eternity once we pass through the gateway into eternity and complete the spiritual connection.

What awaits us is described in the following:

The following link will identify there are two distinct paths to choose from. Each path has been determined by one, our Lord, Yeshua (John 14:6 KJV) and the other Satan (Matthew 4:8-9 KJV), who will lead those that have chosen either path to their eternal fate. The bottom line which has always been, the choice, is yours, which path you choose.

CLOSING PRAYER by Robert
Heavenly Father, receive our humble prayers as we present ourselves before your throne. We thank you, Father, for the gifts of knowledge, discernment, wisdom, virtue, patience, godliness, temperance, devotion and goodwill to all men. We recognize these as the foundation of our walk as disciples, Fisher’s of Men and bright Beacons shining into the darkness of the world. We thank you, Father, for your guidance and continued support as we go forward. We pray in the name of Yeshua Amen and Amen.

Matthew 6:20 KJV
But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: In working out your Salvation daily, you discover those treasures. One of those treasures is your ability to choose, now that you have found the Precious Seed

Please remember these articles are the work of a humble servant of Yeshua doing His bidding as a Watchmen sounding the Trumpet to warn of impending danger within the Assembly. May our Father abundantly bless each one of you with wisdom and discernment to go forward as His “Modern Day Disciples.”

Thou will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee, Trust ye in the Lord forever: for in the Lord Yeshua is everlasting strength.” (Isaiah 26:3-4)
