“HOW DO WE USE TRUST TO DEEPEN OUR FAITH?”
The common cause for those walking in the world to remain there is a lack of trust. When we define trust the answers of what it is and how to use it to deepen our walk and faith are more than a definition, they become capsules of discerning wisdom on how to use and prosper in faith.
Our societal circumstances spiritually and physically are being tested to the maximum. When we hear the call to walk in faith live by faith and have faith as our spiritual covering. For many, will have shallow faith, however the depth of that faith will be challenged with some eventually faltering and succumbing to temptation. Remember Satan attacks the areas in a believer’s life they are ignorant about, and that area within their faith makes them openly vulnerable.
Many who profess faith, most have never had their faith put to a test against fervent temptations. The Lord through Peter’s declaration of fervent love revealed the shallowness of most individual’s faith even though they walk fervently. I am going to bring information forward I believe the Holy Spirit is providing to assist in deepening our faith to bring us through this spiritual attack globally on our Lord’s church and the assembly within.
First step in using trust to develop a deeper understanding of our faith. Know in our hearts we possess an assurance and reliance on our character, ability, strength, and truth of our beliefs in Yeshua and the Salvation he offers.
The second step. Knowing the trust, we place in our hearts is sincere, unfaltering and based in pure unmovable confidence.
The third step is. Being fully dependent on the Holy Spirits teachings of our future life promised is the basis of our ongoing and unchangeable Hope.
The fourth step is. Having reliance on our Lord’s promise of a future mansion a charge imposed confidently as a condition of our personal relationship, with Yeshua (Jesus Christ) through faith.
The fifth step is. Understanding the gifts committed and entrusted to us as trustees being responsible within the charge of our Lord showing Trustworthiness are to be used in the interest of others.
The sixth step is. Recognizing we rely on the truthfulness and accuracy placing our confidence and rely on Yeshua as a friend we can trust in expectation confident hope our earthly problems will be resolved.
The seventh step is. Without fear or misgiving permit, one’s care and well-being to be in the hands of Yeshua (Jesus Christ) entrusting that evil will not have any dominion over our lives thus the elimination of competition.
The eight step is. To place our confidence and trust in God, His Son and our teacher and keeper The Holy Spirit.
But believers groan, being burdened with a body of sin, and because of the many corruptions remaining and raging within them. Death will strip us of the clothing of flesh, and all the comforts of life, as well as end all our troubles here below.
But believing souls shall be clothed with garments of praise, with robes of righteousness and glory. The present graces and comforts of the Spirit are earnests of everlasting grace and comfort.
And though God is with us here, by his Spirit, and in his ordinances, yet we are not with him as we hope to be. Faith is for this world, and sight is for the other world. It is our duty, and it will be our interest, to walk by faith, till we live by sight.
This shows clearly the happiness to be enjoyed by the souls of believers when absent from the body, and where Jesus makes known his glorious presence. We are related to the body and to the Lord; each claims a part in us. But how much more powerfully the Lord pleads for having the soul of the believer closely united with himself!
Thou art one of the souls I have loved and chosen; one of those given to me. What is death, as an object of fear, compared with being absent from the Lord!
Psalms 55:22 “Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.”
Remember, these messages come from an obedient, “Watchmen,” sounding the horn about an evil that is about to occur. Let us reveal to the enemy his shortcomings as shown in Colossians 3:8-9 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. v9. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds.
May our Father bless and keep you well as our journey continues.
