Today as a servant of Yeshua it is with sorrow for the loss of a sister-inlaw that in the flesh I grieve; however in the spirit I rejoice for her as I know she has gone home to be with the Father.
There are times when a Pilgrim looks back at the world to those who remain in the valley of death. Which as a Pilgrim, personally is what I now recognize the existing world has become, a valley filled with those who are spiritually dead (Luke 9:60).
Our current worldly condition in my eyes today shows how having a rebellious heart many do not know the condition they exist in or believe what God has in store eternally.
At this time, in my journey, I am honored to have witnessed God keeping His promise by taking a sister in Yeshua home. I desire to share not my worldly grief, but my spiritual exhortation of what God is sharing so we can continue spreading his word, now understanding what I have just witnessed.
In my life time there have been many deaths and at first I was like many when experiencing it saddened angry filled with despair at the loss.
As I attended the viewing of Marlene laying at peace, the Holy Spirit revealed what I was viewing was her earthly vessel which was going to return to where it came from dust. What I needed to recognize was the following.
The people are now at length brought to despair. But God gives hope of mercy which he has in store for them hereafter.
Doubtless the promises are sure to all believers. God will own them for his, and he will prove himself theirs. He will give them a heart to fear him.
All true Christians shall have a disposition to mutual love.
Though they may have different views about lesser things, they shall all be one in the great things of God; in their views of the evil of sin, and the low estate of fallen man, the way of salvation through the Saviour, the nature of true holiness, the vanity of the world, and the importance of eternal things.
Whom God loves, he loves to the end. We have no reason to distrust God’s faithfulness and constancy, but only our own hearts.
He will settle them again in Canaan. These promises shall surely be performed.
Jeremiah’s purchase was the pledge of many a purchase that should be made after the captivity; and those inheritances are but faint resemblances of the possessions in the heavenly Canaan, which are kept for all who have God’s fear in their hearts, and do not depart from him.
Let us then bear up under our trials, assured we shall obtain all the good he has promised us.
YESHUA (JESUS)! the name that refreshes the fainting spirits of humbled sinners; sweet to speak and sweet to hear, Yeshua (Jesus), a Saviour! We know not his riches and our own poverty, therefore we run not to him; we perceive not that we are lost and perishing, therefore a Saviour is a word of little relish.
Were we convinced of the huge mass of guilt that lies upon us, and the wrath that hangs over us for it, ready to fall upon us, it would be our continual thought, Is the Saviour mine?
And that we might find him so, we should trample on all that hinders our way to him. Mary’s reply to the angel was the language of faith and humble admiration, and she asked no sign for the confirming her faith.
Without controversy, great was the mystery of godliness, God manifest in the flesh, 1Timothy 3:16. Christ’s human nature must be produced so, as it was fit that should be which was to be taken into union with the Divine nature.
And we must, as Mary here, guide our desires by the word of God. In all conflicts, let us remember that with God nothing is impossible; and as we read and hear his promises, let us turn them into prayers, Behold the willing servant of the Lord; let it be unto me according to thy word.
When you’re at the door of choice, knowing the decision made affects your eternal being. Know your surroundings and those within them, who is calling and where you will be lead.
Please remember these articles are the work of a humble servant of Yeshua doing His bidding as a Watchmen sounding the Trumpet to warn of impending danger within the Assembly. May our Father abundantly bless each one of you with wisdom and discernment to go forward as His “Modern Day Disciples.”
Thou will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee, Trust ye in the Lord forever: for in the Lord Yeshua is everlasting strength. (Isaiah 26:3-4)
