There are many who in their minds believe they are on the right path. In the following statement the key words “whole truths,” should be the focus of an honest assessment of your walk, whether you believe it is necessary or not.
There has been a sounding of a Watchman’s Trumpet, signaling a problem which the Lord knows and in an answer to Abraham’s question, is warning the flock to come out from among them.
The malady is identified in this recent release. https://romboughrobert.wordpress.com/2021/06/05/has-complacency-become-the-norm-for-believers-2/
The article in itself is a warning revealing, if the whole truth frightens you or offends you in any way, perhaps, you need to stop fooling yourself that half-truths are going to keep you on the narrow path to eternal peace and life.
Best you stop and reflect, to observe where you are positioned in your walk.”
It is our duty to do what we can to countenance and support lawful authority when it is opposed.
And those who would not perish with sinners, must come out from among them, and be separate. It was in answer to the prayer of Moses, that God stirred up the hearts of the congregation to remove for their own safety.
Grace to separate from evil-doers is one of the things that accompany salvation. God, in justice, left the rebels to the obstinacy and hardness of their own hearts.
The ruin of others should be our warning. Could we, by faith, hear the outcries of those that are gone down to the bottomless pit, we should give more diligence than we do to escape for our lives, lest we also come into their condemnation.
All true Christians are a chosen generation; they make one family, a people distinct from the world: of another spirit, principle, and practice; which they could never be, if they were not chosen in Christ to be such, and sanctified by his Spirit.
Their first state is a state of gross darkness, but they are called out of darkness into a state of joy, pleasure, and prosperity; that they should show forth the praises of the Lord by their profession of his truth, and their good conduct. How vast their obligations to Him who has made them his people, and has shown mercy to them! To be without this mercy is a woful state, though a man have all worldly enjoyments.
And there is nothing that so kindly works repentance, as right thoughts of the mercy and love of God.
Let us not dare to abuse and affront the free grace of God, if we mean to be saved by it; but let all who would be found among those who obtain mercy, walk as his people.
Remember, these messages are given by a humble servant obedient to our Lord Yeshua as a “Watchman.” I pray for all. ”Our Heavenly Father brings us to the river which bringeth forth fruit so we may partake of its sustenance and be filled spiritually with nurturing wisdom, and humble dedication in service to Yeshua.“ “Blessings to All.” As you go forward in peace, knowledge, and strength. In the name of Yeshua, we pray Amen and Amen.
