Free will choices are made based on the teachings of the Holy Spirit. God instills first from the Holy Spirit , discernment, that we might know His will through understanding it, drawing knowledge from it, so we might exercise our wisdom obtained by it to make our spiritual choices using God’s will given by the Holy Spirit as His voice.
The one who listens to you listens to Me, and the one who rejects you rejects Me, and he who rejects Me rejects the one who sent Me; Luke 10:16.
