How do we see or recognize a plague? Does it have to be a physical presence or force to be a plague? Can it be on the spiritual level as well? I believe these questions should be investigated scripturally discerned, understood and become the basis by which we abide with the lord according to Psalms 91:1 to 8.
I believe you will find answers in the following:
He that by faith chooses God for his protector, shall find all in him that he needs or can desire. And those who have found the comfort of making the Lord their refuge, cannot but desire that others may do so. Here we see how the second commandment becomes a part of our abiding with the Lord. Exodus 15:26 KJVS
And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.
The spiritual life is protected by Divine grace from the temptations of Satan, which are as the snares of the fowler, and from the contagion of sin, which is a noisome pestilence. It then becomes apparent how we are filled with God’s discernment, understanding, knowledge, and able to apply His wisdom to continue abiding in the Lord, dispelling the world’s knowledge and understanding of a plague.
Now using the wisdom of the Holy Spirit, we understand and acknowledge; the flesh is our temple housing our spirit and an abode for the Holy Spirit while we journey through this life. Our Father will not let anything come against our temple as we abide with Him.
Great security is promised to believers in the midst of danger. Wisdom shall keep them from being afraid without cause, and faith shall keep them from being unduly afraid. Whatever is done, our heavenly Father’s will is done; and we have no reason to fear. The saying is Spiritual information is the road to God’s wisdom and in these times, how to and when to apply that gift, to remain abiding with the Lord.
God’s people shall see, not only God’s promises fulfilled, but his threatening’s. Then let sinners come unto the Lord upon his mercy-seat, through the Redeemer’s name; and encourage others to trust in him also.
Our demonstration of God’s Grace filled with His compassion and love become in the time of despair and danger a forcible tool (not preached but only demonstrated) for us to make God’s presence, felt, recognized and believed to become an avenue of protection for all who in faith desire it.
This moment is when through our demonstration of God’s grace we should experience someone asking how do I get what you have, I want it not out of fear, because they see God’s love and compassion in action and sense His presence covering us.
Blessings to all who have sat at the Lord’s table and partook of His fare.
Take a moment to put life on pause hear what is around you on a spiritual level, we are more than our fleshly body, remember we were formed in His likeness which is in the Spirit as he is, learn to connect with God in the spirit which you are.
Share those moments with those in the Den who do not have the spirit to discern; in mercy bring it forward for them to recognize the real plague, of abiding in sin and death without hope.
My prayers go out to all who hear the Trumpeters Call I ask the Lord to bring discernment through the Holy Spirit, I pray that Yeshua will fill all with the spirit of courage knowledge and submission unto Him. This I pray in the name of Yeshua. Amen & Amen.
God be with you in your time of trial and demonstrations of His love for all.
