It may appear like the NETWORK in Kenya is doing little, however, September and October have been extremely busy months. What the Lord has asked is to develop a sound and solid foundation for all future activities of the NETWORK.

What has been done in these months’ past, in September we established the beginning of a goat herd one Ram and two Ewes, only to find out in October one Ewe delivered a Kid. We increased the herd by two additional Ewes.

Then we determined there had to be an internal source of revenue to create self-reliance. To achieve this, we started a flock of Ducks, one drake 4 hens and just added a drake and hen.

We obtained a 352 egg incubator and on the 22nd and 23rd of November hatched out 225 chicks making it possible to deliver 22 ten chick flocks to deserving and patient widows.

As well, the NETWORK started a one-acre seed garden for beans and a variety of vegetables for gardens come the next growing season. We anticipate 2850kgs of a bean seed and a strong variety of vegetables. We are hoping to assist upwards of 300+ widows with gardens this summer.

In creating a solid foundation for the NETWORK to become self-sufficient we have adopted a plan to extend the feed for the animals and birds. We are canvassing the local area and hope to purchase the stalks of the harvested Maize from 10 farmers, to grind and add to the Mash doubling the volume reducing the cost and making Mash available to send with the chick’s.

The next project we are bringing to life will be a flock of Turkeys as an additional revenue source. This project is still in the development stage as funding and sources are required.

We have brought the NETWORK under the MISSIONARY DIOCESE of The Tabernacle Ministries International. For those desiring to contribute to the increase and upkeep of the previously mentioned base and foundation of the NETWORK in Canada, you can etransfer to 780 497 0612 verifying email is romboughrobert@hotmail.com. or you can contribute through Canada Post send to Robert Rombough at 17251 92 Ave NW Edmonton, Alberta, T5T 3K7 via cheque or money order payable to Robert Rombough. Or through Western Union sent to Robert James Rombough, if info needed use preceding listed.

Please note we use 100% less minimal transfer fees towards the projects. There are no administrative fees taken. All funds received are transferred to Bishop Evans Mukwa of the Missionary Diocese Mount Olive Tabernacle Ministries International Kenya Branch.

As the Bishop coordinates all the projects the NETWORK has in place. He is in charge and care of all the animals and birds. He coordinates the distribution of all the NETWORK’s gifts to the widows throughout the numerous counties. Bishop Evans as well coordinates and assigns the Pastors or Bishops within the NETWORK group of volunteers working with the Widows.

We desire to thank all for your assistance in freeing women from poverty. Know your assistance whatever amount contributed is helping defeat poverty and giving women a fresh start in changing their lives from begging to being in control of their lives again.
