Recognize God’s mercy comes in different forms, one of them, as it appears in these days of darkness; is introducing His mercy in a way many will not recognize as mercy, because it is wrapped in the cover of Salvation. And the knowledge of God’s mercy comes with the Holy Spirit.
Those who see their need of Christ, and are desirous of righteousness and life in him, he fills with good things, with the best things; and they are abundantly satisfied with the blessings, he gives.
He will satisfy the desires of the poor in spirit who long for spiritual blessings, while the self-sufficient shall be sent empty away.
Here is my testimony, this statement has been fulfilled over the past 63 years which I can attest to through witnessing how the Lord blessed my brother (Edward Carl Rombough and his family) spanning those years.
The first act of mercy in Ed’s life, was alighting a spirit of gentleness, complimented with deep patience, being the basis of Ed’s life long walk.
Throughout the years many projects were completed; where if they were in the world, would never had been completed.
I am not here to testify to those deeds but to share the Lord was abundantly in my brother’s life which in many different ways spiritually touched others throughout his life’s journey.
God’s final act of mercy towards my brother’s walk was the blessing of having no fear of passing into eternity.
As we walked on the same narrow path we were able to share many testimonies of how the Father blessed our walks and in doing so, brought forward God’s mercies unto others through our service to Him.
This is my final farewell to my brother and declaration of the rewards through The Father’s final mercies to be bestowed eternally.
“MY FINAL HUG FOR MY BROTHER!”
Edward Carl Rombough I am comforted by Yeshua knowing you are at peace, now claiming your mansion, and being embraced by Yeshua.
I rejoice you’re receiving your celestial body, so your light may shine eternal as you walk in peace sharing God’s love and compassion.
Even in passing your light still shines bright through the Love you and Marlene instilled in the hearts of your children.
The Lord has blessed each one with your desire to love their family, as you have shared with them to love our lord.
That my brother, comes through the mercy God bestowed as part of your service and devotion to Him.
The Love in your heart for Marlene was a prime example of God’s mercy being displayed right to the end, even to the point the Lord had to silence your pleas to join her as it was not your time.
Mercies come in many different ways and forms. One thing to understand, God in shaping and molding us keeps His word if we are faithful, I can attest to that.
Blessings to all who have taken the time to hear and accept this testimony celebrating the work of God’s Mercy in one life which has touched many lives even in passing.
True knowledge of Christ alters and changes men, their judgments and manners, and makes them as if made again anew.
The believer prefers Christ, knowing that it is better for us to be without all worldly riches, than without Christ and his word.
Let us see what the apostle resolved to cleave to, and that was Christ and heaven. We are undone, without righteousness wherein to appear before God, for we are guilty.
There is a righteousness provided for us in Yeshua (Jesus Christ), and it is a complete and perfect righteousness.
This is one blessing my brother’s mercy towards me changed my life. None can have benefit by it, who trust in themselves.
Faith is the appointed means of applying the saving benefit. It is by faith in Christ’s blood we find and receive His mercies. Thank you Ed.
We are made conformable to Christ’s death, when we die to sin, as he died for sin; and the world is crucified to us, and we to the world, by the cross of Christ. The apostle was willing to do or to suffer any thing, to attain the glorious resurrection of saints.
This hope and prospect carried him through all difficulties in his work. He did not hope to attain it through his own merit and righteousness, but through the merit and righteousness of Jesus Christ.
This is the legacy my brother Edward Carl Rombough shared with all who entered into his journey. God’s mercy and how to embrace it. Thank you my brother on behalf of all you have touched.
