This mountain for many might represent an impossible task.
In an earlier article I stated difficult situations or turmoil in our life could sometimes appear like this mountain. Looking deeper into this picture I see it representing a challenge, one I need to turn over to the Lord.
This mountain to me brings forward a challenge of the depth of my faith, and how deep my trust in my personal relationship with Yeshua is.
It brings me to recognize it matters not how big and unconquerable my problem might appear it will be conquered through faith knowing all I must do is admit without the Lord this mountain isn’t going anywhere.
The problem this mountain represents can be moved using the following tools, first taking my hands off it, secondly having a conversation (prayer) with Yeshua letting him know I have turned it over to him; third through the trust and faith I have, keep my eyes on Yeshua till my mountain is moved, fourth saying thank you for moving it.
I bring this verse for all to ponder and know when we do not trust our Saviour; the Lord will identify what we are lacking: Matthew 14:31 NKJV
And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”
Those who are unteachable, cannot learn dependence upon God, until all creature-comforts fail. Many claim an interest in the peculiar blessings to true believers, while their conduct proves them enemies of God. They call this groundless presumption strong faith, when God’s testimony declares them entitled to his threatenings, and nothing else.
