Spiritual and heavenly blessings are the best blessings; with which we cannot be miserable, and without which we cannot but be so. This was from the choice of them in Christ, before the foundation of the world, that they should be made holy by separation from sin, being set apart to God, and sanctified by the Holy Spirit, in consequence of their election in Christ.
All who are chosen to happiness as the end, are chosen to holiness as the means. In love they were predestinated, or fore-ordained, to be adopted as children of God by faith in Christ Jesus, and to be openly admitted to the privileges of that high relation to himself. The reconciled and adopted believer, the pardoned sinner, gives all the praise of his salvation to his gracious Father. His love appointed this method of redemption, spared not his own Son, and brought believers to hear and embrace this salvation.
It was rich grace to provide such a surety as his own Son, and freely to deliver him up. This method of grace gives no encouragement to evil, but shows sin in all its hatefulness, and how it deserves vengeance. The believer’s actions, as well as his words, declare the praises of Divine mercy.
2 Timothy 1:9
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
My actions as a Watchman, are governed by God who appoints His Watchmen over His flock. The Watchmans job is to act as a shepherd keeping the flock in abundant grazing fields, safe from predators and together as a flock. Making sure those who might stray are given taps of a staff to return to the flock or not place themselves in vulnerable positions.
Salvation is of free grace. This is said to be given us before the world began, that is, in the purpose of God from all eternity; in Christ Jesus, for all the gifts that come from God to sinful man, come in and through Christ Jesus alone. And as there is so clear a prospect of eternal happiness by faith in Him, who is the Resurrection and the Life, let us give more diligence in making his salvation sure to our souls.
Those who cleave to the gospel, need not be ashamed, the cause will bear them out; but those who oppose it, shall be ashamed. The apostle had trusted his life, his soul, and eternal interests, to the Lord Jesus. No one else could deliver and secure his soul through the trials of life and death. There is a day coming, when our souls will be inquired after. Thou hadst a soul committed to thee; how was it employed? in the service of sin, or in the service of Christ?
The Watchman’s Trumpet is his shepherds staff, in a sorts. When he sounds the Trumpet it is to let the sheep know either trouble (temptations, firey darts) are near or an error is in their walk, and has opened a doorway for Satan or his minions to operate in their lives, causing them to stray from the flock. Placing them in a vulnerable position to Satan’s temptations delusions and subtle lies. Satan can only operate when we give him permission to unknowingly operate in our lives, through our ignorance of God’s laws.
Matthew 24:24 KJV
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Keep in mind Satan’s objective is to separate believers from God here and now in order to influence your Eternal future. This danger will become clearer further into this article and warning.
Because, I now have the heart of a Watchman and receive God’s warnings and insights to future events through the Holy Spirit I bring these forward as articles, (Ezekiel 33:9) bearing information for the flock to assess and determine where they are in their personal journey. Information which shows if they have strayed, it also reveals by choosing to return to grazing within the flock they will remain grazing safely and comfortably back within the flock.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
What is being revealed is a great delusion which has taken millions of individuals into its grasp through their ignorance of God’s laws (Ten Commandments). You may find multiple truths in this link https://romboughrobert.com/2022/05/02/and-now-god-only-shall-you-serve-5/
The Lord revealed a very distinct warning many are not worshipping, Yeshua, even though in their minds they are believing so. Matthew 7:22-23
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
I listen to an Evangelist Tiff Shuttlesworth, and hear him state this when he is about to rock his audience with truth he knows they do not want to hear; it goes like this “my father taught me,” that if “I love you as I say I do, then I must share this truth with you because I do love you enough to do so.”
As a Watchman I am sounding the Trumpet for those able to hear it, to make a choice by hearing Yeshua’s warning or continue with their current journey ignoring the Trumpet.
When we hear of the apostacy of many, it is a great comfort and joy, that there is a remnant according to the election of grace, which does and shall persevere; especially we should rejoice, if we have reason to hope that we are of that number.
The preservation of the saints, is because God loved them with an everlasting love, from the beginning of the world. The end and the means must not be separated. Faith and holiness must be joined together as well as holiness and happiness. The outward call of God is by the gospel; and this is rendered effectual by the inward working of the Spirit. The belief of the truth brings the sinner to rely on Christ, and so to love and obey him; it is sealed by the Holy Spirit upon his heart. We have no certain proof of any thing having been delivered by the apostles, more than what we find contained in the Holy Scriptures. Let us then stand fast in the doctrines taught by the apostles, and reject all additions, and vain traditions
1 Peter 1:2
Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.
Our Lord Jesus Christ is very merciful to us miserable sinners; and he has a fulness of grace. But even the best of God’s servants, in this life, have only a taste of the consolations of God.
Christ is called a Stone, to teach his servants that he is their protection and security, the foundation on which they are built. He is precious in the excellence of his nature, the dignity of his office, and the glory of his services.
All true believers are a holy priesthood; sacred to God, serviceable to others, endowed with heavenly gifts and graces. But the most spiritual sacrifices of the best in prayer and praise are not acceptable, except through Jesus Christ.
1 Peter 2:9
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
Remember these articles are just messages of a humble, obedient Servant called to be a Watchman sounding the Trumpet, making the flock aware. God’s blessings to those who hear the Trumpet. And know true messengers cannot be delegated they must have the spirit of God in them as Peter did when, with eyes full of heavenly light and heart glowing with sacred fire, declared Yeshua, “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God!” May God bring blessings to all who walk in the name of Yeshua as Adopted children. “Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord; (For we walk by faith, not by sight). We are confident, I say, and willing rather be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.” (2Corinthians 5:6-8)
The present graces and comforts of the Spirit are earnests of everlasting grace and compassion. And though God is with us here, by his Spirit, and in his ordinances, yet we are not with him as we hope to be. Faith is for this world, and sight is for the other world. It is our duty, and it will be our interest, to walk by faith, until we live by sight. This shows clearly the happiness to be enjoyed by the souls of believers when absent from the body, and where Yeshua makes known his glorious presence.
