I PONDER HOW MANY TESTED THEIR FAITH?

This quote is from My closing comment to all was a simple challenge as a personal recognition to see you are not as a believer caught up in the addiction described in an earlier article and are able to separate from the world, without suffering any withdrawal symptoms.

The challenge which is simple cut your television feed whether cable, satellite, or a local feed. Remove this connection to the world. For many the disconnect may prove simple the real test is to actually permanently remove television from your walk and life.

For those Christians who have already disconnected television, there is another simple disconnect, as the Sabbath is as God commands to be kept as a Holy Day.

Exodus 20:10
[10]But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

Meaning spending the whole day with our Lord on a spiritual level honoring Him first through service being taught, then through prayer and meditation and in all we do for 24 hrs, remove all those things which appease self gratification, in order to honour your time personally with God

My question today is how many tried the test how many ignored it using a justification to do so.

So many in their minds believe their rationalizations to continue walking in their current lifestyle. I ask you to ponder your decision. Set aside your coping skills and ask this deep question, “WHY”?

Matthew 16:26 KJV
For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

The request was nothing to what you will soon be facing. We are taught Slighting Christ’s favours is forfeiting them; and he will make those who do so know the worth of privileges by the want of them.

2 Corinthians 7:1 KJV
Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Addictions come in many forms not just physically through chemicals or Alcohol. When you break down your daily routine you may find numerous traits that makeup your daily life, many should could be classified as an addiction. We label them habits in order to accept them into our life.

If you question that statement then test it remove one habit from your life routine for 24 hours see what happens.

Walking in deep faith will be a daily walk with the following as your foundation: trust, patience, perseverance, change/sacrifice, unfettered love, heartfelt not head believed dedication to God.

During the transition there will be a spiritual sensation of a tearing and feeling of sustaining a wound, this is equated with the emotions dealing with a substantial loss. Keep in mind what you are doing is removing the belief of ownership from your mind and replacing it with this now belongs to the Lord and he is letting us maintain it for Him, until He sees fit that it is removed from our presence. For some this will be difficult, however doable.

The reason I am bringing this info forward is to encourage you to begin slowly transitioning, which will allow for periods of discernment and understanding as time moves forward when there will be significant changes about to happen and you have prepared yourself for these events with how you will react to the change, better to have dealt with a few hills then to have to deal with a mountain.

As a Watchman the Lord has me providing information as warnings, He also has shown me that how and what the flock does with it is a personal choice which will again be dealt with on a personal level.

Let whosoever will, or, is willing, come and take of the water of life freely.
